Spring Break Soccer Clinic

UAC is hosting a Soccer Clinic over Spring Break!!

Monday, April 9th- Friday, 13th

We will have two groups, age 4-6 and age 7-12

All players may choose half day(9am-12pm for $99) or full day(9am-3pm for $150)

Clinic will be run by Waterbury manager Andy Ashworth.

This soccer clinic will develop and improve each player’s skills and creativity with the ball. Players will be exposed to dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and small-sided games. Players ages 7-12 will work on technical refinement and receive an introduction to the tactical side of the game through fun and competitive games and instructional sessions. There will be an emphasis on creating a lifelong love of the game of soccer

Note to Parents: All participants need to bring a labelled nut-free snack, lunch(if staying all day) and drink. Players should also wear comfortable clothes, shin guards and sneakers. Please make sure our system contains any necessary info such as food allergies, asthma, emergency contact info etc. This may be put in the notes section of the registration. In accordance with state requirements, we must have the latest records indicating your child has up-to-date immunization records and has had a physical within the last three years. Phsyical forms are below and should be returned to the facility as soon as possible. In order for managers to receive medication(inhalers, EpiPens etc.) you must complete the medical authorization and all medication must be in its original container. Medical forms below too.
